HOW TO USE:

Replace powdered sugar in a 1 to 1 ratio (meaning if a recipe calls for 1 cup of powdered sugar, you use 1 cup of monk fruit sweetener) or according to taste (I personally prefer less, but then I decrease the sugar in all of my recipes because I find most things to be too sweet with the full amount of sugar called for).

For those wondering (I get asked regularly) YES, I HAVE TRIED THIS PRODUCT. I've used it to make frosting and other desserts. I feel like it is sweeter than normal powdered sugar. At the same time, it creates the same texture in frostings and things as does regular powdered sugar.
