SPROUTING DIRECTIONS:

Sprouting Bag (click here for Hemp Sprouting Bag):

1.  Soak 1-2 Tbsp. of seeds in a bowl of water overnight.

2.  Place soaked seeds in hemp bag.  Rinse bag and seeds and then hang bag. You can also lay it in a bowl or dishrack after it stops dripping

3.  Rinse twice a day, loosening the seeds up as the sprout.  If you notice the bag drying out, don't be afraid to rinse it an additional time!

4.  Repeat step 3 for 4-5 days.

5.  Place sprouted seeds in refrigerator.  (Sprouts store best when fairly dry- to prevent molding, do not store immediately after rinsing.)

6.  Enjoy!

Jar:

1.  Put 1-2 Tbsp. of seeds in a wide mouth jar.  Cover jar with screen; secure with a rubber band.  Add water, swirl, and drain.  Refill jar with water.

2.  Soak seeds 4 to 8 hours. Drain water well and invert jar at an angle in a sink or a bowl.

3.  Rinse twice a day.  Rinse seeds by refilling jar with water and gently swirling. Drain well and invert jar.

4.  Repeat step 3 for 4-5 days.

5.  Place sprouted seeds in refrigerator.  (Sprouts store best when fairly dry- to prevent molding, do not store immediately after rinsing.)

6.  Enjoy!
