SERVINGS:

• One stick of butter is 4 oz, so each 12 oz can is equivalent to 3 sticks of butter.
• One stick of butter is equal to 1/2 cup, so a 12 oz can holds 1.5 cups of butter.

SHELF LIFE: 

The company places a 2 year shelf life on this product.  HOWEVER, I have read accounts from several different people that say they have used their butter 15+ years after the manufacture date and it was fine!  Just make sure to keep it cool and dry if you want to extend the shelf life past the 2 year mark!
